RETURNS & REPLACEMENT, SHIPPING POLICIES:

BOOKS:

For our books-please let us know, if there is an issue, and send photos of the issue and we will review the issue. We will be happy to replace books that have been damaged or defaced during delivery. However,  regrettably, we are unable to replace or refund books that are damaged after delivery. Thanks.

PRINTS-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS & ACCESSORIES:

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Even though our mockups are highly realistic, it’s important to remember that mockups are digital renderings of files, and are not guarantees of final products. Each of our Print Providers may use different printing equipment and supplies, which can result in minor discrepancies in the color outcome.

For some DTG (Direct to Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of
the print will not be considered as defects

Where can I view my Sales Receipt?

You will receive a receipt via the email furnished during checkout. You are also encouraged to sign-up and login for your account details and also to keep abreast of our latest products and news via our newsletters. Please contact us, if there are any difficulties retrieving your receipt, invoice and order status. Thank you.

Will You Restock Items indicated as “Out of Stock”?

If an Item is out of stock, unless it is discontinued, the order will be placed on hold, and sent to production when it becomes available, you will be notified when in stock or given the option to choose a similar variant, or, pursuant to your order selection a similar variant will be provided.

SHIPPING:

Shipping will be calculated when you order and based on your choice in your shopping cart at the time of order.

Products qualify for a reduced shipping rate if they share the same product type, such as t-shirts or mugs, and are also fulfilled by the same Print Provider. Note that men’s, women’s, and kids’ t-shirts are categorized as shirts.

For all other cases, the full shipping fee will be applied to each product.

Where Can I Ship My Order:

USA and Canada, plus others. Our Print Partners are able to ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY:

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Prints Parade Gallery offers books, and print-on-demand products, which means that all print-on-demand products are unique and produced only once ordered. We are sorry;, however, this also means that since this is a Print-On-Demand Product returns and exchanges are not supported, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.  However, in case of a damaged print-on-demand product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using the “Contact Us” form, or, email us and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Eligible or Approved refunds are usually issued to your account from which the
funds originated. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items
visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Returning orders

Lost packages

In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact your local post office (or advise the customer to do so). Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to us, and we will investigate it further and offer a free replacement, if we determine that there was no error on your part.

Please note that Prints Parade Gallery is not responsible for, and sorry, will not offer replacements or refunds, if customer ordered the wrong size or color. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. If you choose to proceed with a replacement, the usual production times will apply. For some DTG (Direct to Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print

Please contact us. In case an order is being returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our Support team can provide the option of either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund. Kindly return to address on shipping label after confirmation or as directed by support.

We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you.

Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:

  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by You during checkout.
  • Products that were received as requested; however, you now wish to have another size/color instead.
  • Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide
    measurements (below 1").

Bad Odor

Please note that a faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.
